Ingredients
½ cup oat flour (blended oats)
2 tablespoons any nut butter
¼ cup sugar free maple syrup
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoons cocoa
⅓ block chocolate
Method
Put everything in a big bowl together and mix until looks like a truffle mix
If the mixture is really dry, add more maple syrup or a splash of water
Pop in fridge for 10 minutes
Take mixture out of fridge and roll into balls, the mixture should make about 12 balls
Melt the chocolate block in the microwave for 1 minute
Use a fork to cover balls in the melted chocolate
Place on a plate covered in baking paper and add a dash of sea salt on top
Put back in the fridge to set
